We are looking for two programmers and two versatile artists who enjoy working in a collaborative online environment.
What is the rate of pay? At the moment, all 15 of us
are working for free.
What about after you generate revenue? If any of us profit from it, we all do. It’s divided equally. Ask for details regarding equal voting shares, investment shares and monetary/licensing contributions.
So this is revenue-sharing? Yes, this is revenue-sharing, once we generate revenue.
How often do people join or leave? All of our members are very happy, and most of the people who have joined have stayed.
Do you have any games released? Our first game, Crucible, is available.

We’re a small, international start-up looking for an individual willing to work over the internet, part-time, with long-term opportunities in mind – like we do. This begins as an unpaid position and evolves into revenue-sharing and ownership-interest in the company. We currently have 15 members on the board, sharing equal ownership; thus far, every single person we’ve brought in has made it onto the board.
After 60 days of consistent teamwork ranging between 10 – 20 hours / week, everyone meets to vote you onto the board. We require regular attendance at our weekly meetings, consistent availability for communication purposes via Slack and e-mail, and schedule flexibility to facilitate working with an international team in various time-zones.

Who We Are
Mjolnir Software, LLC is an independent software development company, focusing on games.
We are a diverse, international team of programmers, artists, musicians, writers, designers, and entrepreneurs; unified by our passion for science fiction presented through the level of technology, artistic expression, and experience found only in games. Crucible is our first arcade-style game. We are currently developing a series of casual games, mobile games, and an AAA-quality RTS game, all for multiple platforms, and each based in our original sci-fi universe.
Mjolnir Software was filed as an LLC in 2013. The group began to form in 2011, and evolved over time. The initial RTS concepts were conceived around 2007. Ideas are contributed by everyone on the team, with our games being the results of these ideas.

Galaxy in Flames
Galaxy in Flames is an ambitious AAA space-based 4X (explore, expand exploit, exterminate) real-time strategy game that pushes the boundaries of the genre in bold new directions. Take command of one of a five species leading the prominent factions in control of the Milky Way galaxy as it exists a thousand years from now.
Explore the mysteries of the galaxy, make contact with new alien civilizations, build the infrastructure of the worlds under your control, colonize and conquer new planets, and command massive fleets of spacecraft comprising everything from squadrons of small strike craft to massive battleships and carriers.
